  • What parking options are available at the hotel?

    Self Parking is $35 per day plus tax. This includes unlimited in/out privileges and based on availability. The parking entrance is located on the side of the hotel building by the address of “347 Lewers Street, Honolulu 96815”. We recommend guests to rent a small vehicle because the height limit is 6’3” and our garage has narrow ramps. We also offer an alternate parking space at Waikiki Parking Garage on Seaside Avenue, 1 block away from the hotel, when our parking lot is full or if you have an oversized vehicle.

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am

  • Is there an amenity fee?

    Yes, our daily amenity fee is $30 plus taxes per day, per room. This will be added at checkout. Inclusions are: Waikiki Malia drawstring bag per room, 2 bottles of Mananalu pure water in reusable aluminum bottle, High speed WiFi, in room coffee and tea, long distance phone calls (U.S. and Canada Only) up to 15 minutes, access to fitness center, use of beach towels, access to pool and hot tub, onsite guest activities.

    Taxi: Located street level directly outside of the baggage claim area at the center medium guests can find taxis that will transport them directly to the hotel. A typical fare ranges from $35 to $50. However, this fare can be higher during peak traffic times.

    Rideshare: Request a ride from Uber or Lyft when you’re ready to walk outside of the airport, then head to a designated rideshare pickup zone.
